When working with MassiveMusic, you will be assigned a Client Success manager to as your point of contact. We support you throughout your integration with the MassiveMusic platform and into your day-to-day operations to ensure you are successful in working with music.
Client Success responsibilities
- Provide support to clients integrating with the MassiveMusic platform
- Troubleshoot issues with failing or incorrect API requests
- Management of API keys and platform access
- Raise content issues with other MassiveMusic internal teams, on behalf of a client
- Raise platform issues with other MassiveMusic internal teams, on behalf of a client
Raise a support request
To raise an issue, you should contact your dedicated Client Success Manager via one of the methods provided to you during initial integration. Please provide as much detail as possible about the support request to facilitate a quick resolution.
